The Van Buren Business Center offers state-of-the-art warehouse/industrial facilities. The uniquely designed facility was constructed utilizing concrete panels and makes extensive use of spandrel glass. The new business center features ample parking, multiple dock doors and 50’ x 50’ column spacing.
Visioneering is a 60-year-old firm which designs and manufactures tooling primarily for the Aerospace industry worldwide. College Park – Brookside is an office building totaling 40,900 square feet. The building features a 2-story glass curtain wall main entrance. The exterior facade is masonry and glass with accents. Interior features include a carpeted lobby with granite borders, wood trim and drywall soffits.
Constructed on a highly visible hill top location, this 192,000-square-foot office/research facility contains numerous technical features for the research operations of a tier one automotive supplier. The dramatic exterior of the building was clad in EIFS with band windows, a glass curtain wall and some decorative masonry accents.
This building is a dramatic three-story, 200,000-square-foot office building with underground parking and covered executive parking complimented by ample, well-lit surface parking. Computerized security/entry access lobby with coffered ceilings and granite floors, and floor-to-ceiling glass in all corners make this Class “A” three-story brick building a perfect addition to the growing community.
Design was critically important for one of the world’s leaders in the exhibit creation field. Design, production and warehousing of many of the Detroit Auto Show displays originate at this facility. The building features high level finishes, including the extensive use of glass and a variety of maple wood in the office areas.
Ryder Systems chose a prominent M-5 corridor site to construct its new Regional Headquarters. The three-story structure’s clean lines are composed of brick and banded glazing with corner office step-downs.
