Ryan Brittain Joins Cunningham-Limp as Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships
Cunningham-Limp Development Company is proud to announce the addition of Ryan Brittain as Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships. Ryan will be responsible for the ongoing business development strategy for Cunningham-Limp, including strategic partnerships, joint venture opportunities and business growth in key markets.

In addition to overseeing a comprehensive market strategy, Ryan will specifically leverage his experience in industrial real estate to ensure Cunningham-Limp is meeting the rapidly changing needs of the manufacturing and logistics market.
Ryan entered the commercial real estate industry in 2010 working for Grubb & Ellis and Colliers International after working in supply chain management for three years. Most recently, Ryan managed a team of real estate professionals responsible for the marketing and leasing of the First Industrial Realty Trust portfolio in Detroit and Cleveland.
Ryan has negotiated and/or brokered a multitude of transactions, including the leasing and selling of manufacturing, distribution, technology and office facilities, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suit projects, and land assemblage. He also specializes in transaction negotiation, site selection, market knowledge, and the financial analysis required in making educated real estate decisions.
