Collaboration Creates Value, Every Time.
Cunningham-Limp recently partnered with Northern Equities Group to convert an institutional educational building (WSU) into a modern office space for their new tenant, Body Controls Systems. The CL team, comprised of Jake Gardner, Tom Cooper and Matt Sportel, worked from project conception and closely collaborated with all the stakeholders in this project – including the Landlord, Tenant, Architect (Lindhout), and the Owner’s Rep (Colliers). The team went through several design and scope of work renditions to achieve the highest performing, most cost-effective solution. The final result is a 60,000 s.f. state-of-the art corporate office space constructed in just 4 months.
This was Phase I of the project – Phase II calls for more offices, more open seating, and additional lab space. In total, the CL team will create another 40,000 s.f. of space for BCS. We are looking forward to delivering, once again, an exceptional final product that exceeds expectations for our client.
Cunningham-Limp creates value in our projects by getting involved very early on in the process. The Body Control Systems project is a tremendous example of this. Collaboration and early involvement is what ultimately led us to achieve such a great result in the final building. Great work, team!
