Since 2012, our approach has created more than $24 million in value for our clients.

To accomplish this, we have crafted a series of processes specifically designed to meet and exceed budget and schedule commitments. The work is complex, but the philosophy is simple: control projects from concept through completion. Since 1984,Cunningham-Limp has completed 100% of its projects as contracted and has produced more than $50 million in project savings for our clients.

Commitment to Community

A core value at Cunningham-Limp is making a positive impact on communities, companies and people. Each year, we donate our services to at least one major community project. We have also pledged to give a percentage of our bottom-line income to charitable causes, selected by our employees and clients, and to increase that amount annually by 0.10%. That percentage stands at 3.6% in 2020, which through no coincidence is our 36th year of business.
