Cunningham-Limp hosts a picnic lunch for 200+ Traverse City residents
Traverse City – Cunningham-Limp, Michigan’s market leader in real estate planning and construction services, hosts a picnic lunch for 200+ Traverse City residents.
Consistent with our mission to make a positive impact on people, communities, and projects, Cunningham-Limp held a picnic lunch for the residents of Riverview Terrace and all of the workers at the 4Front jobsite on July 2, 2020.
“More than 200 people attended the outdoor picnic that strictly followed CDC guidelines and did not include any congregating or family-style food service,” said Doug Luciani, VP of Strategy & Community Impact. “We wanted to do something meaningful to show our appreciation to the residents at Riverview Terrace for being such patient and thoughtful neighbors during the construction of 4Front Credit Union’s headquarters building in downtown Traverse City. It was also a nice opportunity to acknowledge and thank all our subcontractors that have been playing catch-up since the COVID restrictions were lifted for construction.”
The picnic lunch was catered by the staff and volunteers from the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City. Food was served in individual containers over a 90-minute period.
In addition to hosting the lunch, Cunningham-Limp made a donation to the National Cherry Festival Foundation in light of the cancellation of this year’s National Cherry Festival that would otherwise have taken place in July. The festival draws nearly a million visitors annually during its week-long schedule.
